C.Product Description
1. Application and operating principle
Aluminum tube latexing machine is also called end spraying machine. It is supporting equipment for aluminum collapsible tube production line. The equipment can work alone or part of automatic production line by connecting with other aluminum manufacturing devices.
Capped tubes are sent to conveying belt with absorptive function through conveying chain. The end glue sprayer that rotates at high speed stretches into the end and internal wall of tubes and sprays precisely. Then tubes are passed to the packaging conveying belt.
2. Main features
A.The machine adopts double-station system and can spray two tubes at a time.
B.The proximity switch system can ensure that no tubes, no spraying and keeps the conveyor basket neat and clean.
C.This equipment through the convex slot continuously turns conveying chain into the moving power of spray gun, coupled with cylindrical cam's reciprocating movement to realize the location and cycle of the spray gun.
D.The servo motor drives the cam to operate timing rotation and the time of spraying is precisely controlled.
