PRODUCT APPLICATION

XR03 washing machine is also called can washer. It is an aluminum can automatic cleaning machine of new generation. Automatic can washing is a necessary procedure in aluminum can production line. It is the specialized supporting equipment for aluminum can production line. The equipment is fully automatic, where the loading and unloading is fully automatic.
 QXC01 automatic can washer is a five-door spray cleaning machine. Each spray is controlled by an independent pump. The first and second washing are cleaning agent washing. The third, fourth and fifth are rinsing. The last is water washing, so as to realize the complete cleaning effect. Finally, the aluminum cans are turned from horizontal to vertical, and sent into the drying oven at the top of the cleaning tank. The cycled hot air completely dries cans. The machine can work alone or operate with other machines.
